ABOUT THE ROLE

 

 

Origin is leading the transition to net zero through clean energy and customer solutions. Gas forms an essential part of the energy mix during the transition and Origin, via the Integrated Gas Business Unit, is continuing to invest in gas exploration and production throughout Australia.

 

 

The primary purpose of the Local Business Administrator is to: manage system changes; perform assurance; optimise system performance; provide system training/coaching; and work with system users to resolve system issues, troubleshoot and drive continual improvement.

 

 

This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

 

 

More about the role:

  • Managing requests from IG users relating to content management system issues from initial triage, troubleshooting through to completion
  • Managing system change controls including change logs, data standards, testing, and approvals
  • Provision of training and/or coaching to users on the use of content management systems
  • Undertaking level 1 and 2 IG content management monitoring and assurance actions with a focus on compliance, risk, security and governance controls and address non-performance
  • Champion and either assist or lead, people, process and system improvement initiatives including quality control, requirement gathering, design, testing, change management, and training
  • Elicit, analyse, document, prioritise, and validate business and user requirements, track changes to baseline requirements and delivery of requirements through build, test, and deployment to ensure acceptance and quality criteria are met

 

 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

 

You will have demonstrated problem-solving and issue resolution skills including triaging, troubleshooting, and escalation. In addition to this, you'll have a proven ability to gather and analyse Information from multiple sources utilising various methods, capture and track requirements, develop/assess options, coordinate business cases and reconcile discrepancies.

 

 

More about you:

 

 

  • Demonstrated advanced computer literacy in content management systems including electronic document or content management systems (e.g., OpenText, TeamBinder), Microsoft Office products, e-sign, Adobe, or similar software programs
  • Experience within the oil and gas, utilities, construction, engineering, or similar Industry will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System/Business Administrator and/or Systems Trainer will be highly regarded
  • Experience In document control, records management or content management will be highly regarded
  • Previous experience working within an agile project delivery environment would be well regarded
